If you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size and message you enter. You choose what to put in those fields; only your name and email address are required.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to quote for a hire. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who else handles it
- Brevo delivers the enquiry to our inbox as an email. Your details pass through their systems to reach us.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on the form. Turnstile is used to tell people from bots; it does not identify you to us.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms.
